Appointment Generation Specialist
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Expert on market research, cold calling, emailing & Social Media outreach.

Ensuring all communications are fully up to date in CRM.

Proficient in B2B Prospect Qualification.
-
Profound understanding of digital marketing and terms like GMB, PPC advertising, and other services.
-
Managing email inboxes, and scheduling them, can manage email outreach and organize email campaigns, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

Call potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
-
Use scripts to provide information about product and service benefits.
-
Handle grievances and objections to maintain customer’s trust.

Go the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales.

Keep records of calls and ICP’S in our CRM system.

Lead generation through various sources to maintain Database.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:

Proven success in previous appointment setting positions.

OUTSTANDING oral and written English skills.
-
Natural ability to establish rapport with people.

Quickly adapt to new software and sales tools.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Good command of the English language.

Experience in international market sales.

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with objections.

Persistent and results-oriented.
-
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
-
BBA / MBA / B.COM preferred.
