Appointment Generation Specialist

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Expert on market research, cold calling, emailing & Social Media outreach.

  • Ensuring all communications are fully up to date in CRM.

  • Proficient in B2B Prospect Qualification.

  • Profound understanding of digital marketing and terms like GMB, PPC advertising, and other services.

  • Managing email inboxes, and scheduling them, can manage email outreach and organize email campaigns, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

  • Call potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.

  • Use scripts to provide information about product and service benefits.

  • Handle grievances and objections to maintain customer’s trust.

  • Go the “extra mile” to facilitate future sales.

  • Keep records of calls and ICP’S in our CRM system.

  • Lead generation through various sources to maintain Database.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:

  • Proven success in previous appointment setting positions.

  • OUTSTANDING oral and written English skills.

  • Natural ability to establish rapport with people.

  • Quickly adapt to new software and sales tools.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good command of the English language.

  • Experience in international market sales.

  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with objections.

  • Persistent and results-oriented.

  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

  • BBA / MBA / B.COM preferred.
